User-Generated Content

Creator Responsibilities

• Only upload material you own or are licensed to distribute
• Provide accurate metadata and artist information
• Respond to copyright and compliance requests

• Uploading infringing, illegal or malicious content
• Harassment, hate speech, threats or impersonation
• Spam, fraud or artificial streaming and engagement
• Scraping, reverse engineering or interfering with the platform
• Circumventing membership, download or access controls

The Gawdz Beatz name, branding and platform software are protected by intellectual property law and may not be used without permission.

Copyright

We respond to valid copyright complaints and may remove content or restrict accounts.

DMCA

The platform may display advertising and sponsored placements. Advertising inquiries are handled through the Advertise page.

Payments, media hosting and other functions rely on third-party services governed by their own terms.
